Return & Refund Policy

Last updated: September 30, 2026

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all App Infinity hardware devices to ensure maximum satisfaction.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the strict cryptographic security nature of hardware wallets, we can only accept returns for items that are completely unused, unopened, and still sealed in their original plastic packaging with all security seals intact.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our compliance team, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
